Cultivated in nutrient-rich soils at altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 meters above sea level, the cool, misty microclimate allows the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing a highly complex and dense cellular structure.
By utilizing the traditional Fully Washed processing method, the cherries are carefully depulped and fermented to remove all mucilage before being sun-dried.
